[XOM-interest] XOM 1.2.9 released

I've posted version 1.2.9 of XOM at the usual location:

There are two improvements in this release:

1. I removed a needlessly bundled org.w3c.dom class that was
interfering with XOM installations in some application servers.
2. Jaxen has been upgraded to version 1.1.6 to fix a few obscure XPath bugs.
